Job description / Role
Miller Hay are currently recruiting for a Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Office Manager for our Private Office client. This role will support the CEO/Chairman and the successful candidate must speak Arabic.
The EA will be responsible for supporting the CEO in all administrative duties. Must be able to carry out personal errands and tasks as required for the CEO and family. Manage all correspondence to/from the CEO's office. Manage complex travel and meeting agendas.
This is a dynamic position and therefore the right candidate will be adaptable, can cope well under pressure and remain calm at all times.
Requirements
- Must have 10 years experience in a similar role and have worked at C-level for several years
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
- Experience working in the Middle East is compulsory
- Have a flexible attitude towards work and be available to work outside of normal working hours
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Western educated - an advantage
