Job description / Role

Our client, within the finance/banking sector, is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to join their team in Dubai. In this role you will be supporting a senior individual/s. This is a relatively new and ever growing team of high caliber individuals.

Brief Summary of Role
- Management of business calendars and meetings (local and international)
- Handling travel and visa arrangements
- Working closely with other departments and colleagues
- General executive assistant and administration tasks
- A fast-paced work environment

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in UAE.
- Recent Finance/Banking sector background preferred.
- Native English speaker.
- Well presented, corporate and professional.
- Personable, down to earth, hardworking and humble.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills are essential.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- High level of flexibility as and when needed.
