Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Miller Hay are currently working in partnership with our client a leading Private Equity firm based in Dubai to hire a top level Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This is a demanding and challenging role and the EA will be required to be on call 24/7. Very attractive salary and benefits on offer for the right person.

- Day to day management of the CEOs office
- Be the first point of contact (face to face / via phone / email) for the CEOs office internally and externally
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEOs office, screening and prioritising calls and meeting requests
- Arranging meetings, conference calls and all other meeting logistics
- Extensive diary management for an ever changing schedule
- Drafting and proof reading correspondence in English (and preferably Arabic)
- Carry out research for conference and meetings, prepare your findings accordingly
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Expense processing and management
- Responsible for personal errands as and when required
- Responsible for overseeing all visas, licenses and registrations are current and up to date.
- Handle the responsibilities of the CEOs office with the highest discretion and confidentiality
- Reliable and efficient must be available at all times

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (Advantage but not necessary)
- 5 years experience supporting C-level within a Global Private Equity, Financial Services or Corporate organisation
- Ability and willingness to be on call 24/7
- Excellent English communications skills (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Team player - coordinate with internal stakeholders and work together with the other support staff in the CEOs office
- Strong technical capabilities - Microsoft Work, IT troubleshooting etc
