Senior Executive - Exports

Job description / Role

The candidate would be responsible for exports to Africa, Iran, Iraq and CIS countries.

The job involves maintaining relationship with existing customers for continued business, develop new markets / customers by making in-roads in these markets / countries to capture new business, need to deal directly with customers/buyers in these countries for continued and regular business / collection and not just book orders through agents in Dubai.

Should be open to extensive travel and explore new markets for business generation and market penetration.

Requirements

Must have very strong skills for generating sales, negotiating deals and influencing people to generate new business/collect payment. Good command over product knowledge and understanding of Plastic manufacturing process, market information, trends, competition products, product pricing, documentation for exports and best options to optimize revenue and generate margins.

Must be self-propelled and driven to develop markets and achieve targets on month on month basis. Prefer a multi-linguist should be able to speak languages of most of the countries he handles, with good Communication and Presentation skills.

Must have UAE driving license.

Must have atleast 8-10 ( max 12) years of hands-on experience in sales & marketing in Plastic Industry preferably in Master batch sales for exports to Iran, Iraq, African & CIS markets.

Prefer a graduate in Plastic Technology/Chemistry with CIPET certification. Post Graduation in Marketing will be an added advantage
