The RoleThe RoleThrough Parsons’ engineering and construction management services, we deliver innovative, safe and sustainable infrastructure in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait. Our focus is on delivering air, rail, road and highway transportation; water conveyance and/or wastewater treatment; and land development and public infrastructure to our clients and your communities. PROJECT Parsons looks forward to providing Operations & Maintenance management and supervision services for all O&M projects and contracts led by the Jeddah Municipality. We will coordinate and effectively manage the ongoing and up-coming Operations & Maintenance, renovation and improvement projects / contracts. It is our responsibility to provide complete O & M management services including: operations, maintenance, construction & maintenance management, supervision, coordination, scheduling, administration, inspection, quality assurance materials testing, shop & as-built drawings and O & M documents submittal review and approval coordination, project records, preparation of work or job orders, checking of interim claims and its recommendations to Jeddah Municipality and settling of final accounts and close-out documents for the multiple O & M project/s or contracts signed between Jeddah Municipality and Contractors / Consultants. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidate must have / be: - Degree in Public Administration, diploma in Computer applications and diploma in Word Processing & Shorthand - At least 30 years of experience in Office / Project administration with one of the top executives in construction and projects management - Competent in office administration, document controlling, self correspondence and minutes of meeting - Knowledge of technical terminology used in construction industry including civil, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure in O&M contracts |
