Job description / Role
As a Senior FF&E Architect working on our ground breaking mega Hospital Research and Education Institution project, you will be responsible for review of the contractors design documents and making recommendations based on the project requirements.
This is an opportunity to join KEO in the role of Senior FF&E Architect and be part of the Project Management team on our world class development project in Doha, Qatar.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who have experience in the following:
Thorough knowledge of construction materials, standards and codes for preparation of design documents.
Attending and constructively contributing to design and construction coordination meetings for all matters related to FF&E works.
Coordinating with management team and site support staff to achieve project objectives on all matters related to FF&E works.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 15 years of post-graduate project based experience.
Membership of a professional Architectural Association such as RIBA or AIA is preferred.
Previous experience gained within a Consultancy Firm and within the Gulf Region would be preferred within FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling).
