My client is an established leading real estate company. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior FM Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the Senior FM Manager is responsible for planning and managing the FM services for the properties within the UAE. This will includes overseeing the preventive and reactive maintenance, planned system overhauls and on call repair services.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Preferably a certified Facilities Manager
Minimum of 8 years of FM experience within a property management company
Leadership and management experience
Technically strong
Good understanding of standards and local regulations and codes
Able to work under strict deadlines
UAE experience is a plus. Experience within the GCC is essential
Good communication skills
