Senior Facilities Manager/Consultant - Design Review - Master Planners

A large scale Master Planned City with prestigious Residential Developments, Marina, Universities as well as Mall projects with the initial phase completed.

This one off opportunity is for a highly professional Manager to be based in Oman.

The Director of Projects is seeking an FM Manager/Consultant to assist with finalising the initial phases for the design implications.

Required to assist and implement FM changes at the construction phase and advise on what is needed operationally.

For large scale Residential developments to eventually work within the Asset Team.
An exciting project for a private developers.
To advise on tenders and contracts.

Requirements


Requirements

- Degree not essential however a qualification within Mechanical/Electrical or Architecture then FM required
- Essential to have proven design review and value engineering experience from an FM point of view
- Must have operability experience and be willing to look attention to detail down to lighting installation as well as large scale plans
- Strong communication skills are required
- Must have experience on the building side not just consultancy
- Must have experience with sub-contractors and budget control
- Preferably experience in the UK/Australian markets
