Senior Facilities Manager

A global leading Facilities Management company is experiencing exceptional growth in the Middle East.

They are urgently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to manage the facilities operations of a recently acquired contract in Oman.

You will report directly to the Regional Managers and be responsible for the delivery of a significant commercial contract.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Implement training and support to maintain a high quality facilities team
• Develop effective and engaging relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure vendors and sub-contractors are well managed and deliver service on time and within budget
• Manage and schedule all contracts and ensure contracts are continually assessed in order to deliver the best service to the client
• Actively monitor costs of the contracts to ensure the site’s financial operations meet targets
• Ensure that the working environment complies with company health and safety standards
• Regulate and improve site operations to improve the quality of practice
• Ensure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintained
• Manage Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement

Requirements

The successful Facilities Manager will have the following background:

• Tertiary qualification in facilities management
• Omani National
• 3-5 years’ experience in facilities, property management,
• Has experience working in Financial Services/Banking environment
• understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
