Job description / Role
As a senior management professional, it is your responsibility to provide, maintain and develop a multitude of services including security and health and safety. Services ranging from property strategy, building, infrastructure and facilities maintenance, space management, communications, administration and contract management for a number of outsourced engineering, maintenance and cleaning service providers.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, and be able to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* B. Engineering degree; MBA advantageous
Minimum Experience:
* 10 yrs proven experience in Facilities Management in large organizations.
* Experience in mixed- use facilities will be advantageous.
Job-Specific Skills:
* Engineering management
* Having worked within a Facilities Management environment with GCC in a managerial role.
* Proficient in MS Office suites including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Manager.
