Senior Facility Engineer

Job description / Role

The job profile demands ability to lead, motivate and achieve targets with an experienced team of qualified Engineers, Technicians and Skilled Labour force.

- Set up an efficient organization with due delegation of authority and control.
- Utilization resources under his control in an effective and optimum manner.
- Appraise his team members' performance in an effective manner.
- Seeks directions from the General Manager or from his nominated deputy on urgent/ critical issues.
- Comply with the Management Policies/ Procedures/ Standards.
- Maintain a high degree of safety and improve the HSSE performance of the Company on a continuous basis
- Comply with Company's policies and generate MIS reports.

Requirements

- Mechanical Engineer having a minimum of 10 years (Diploma with 15 years) of professional experience after graduation in the Petroleum and Hydrocarbon Industry.
- Must be holding senior position for last 5 years,
- Gulf experience preferred.
- Experience shall include Shop floor and project management.
- Adequate exposure and knowledge in all phases of Engineering Design, Planning, , Erection, Operation and Maintenance and business development in the sector of his experience.
- Shall manage various departments like Machine Shop, Fabrication Facility, Valve Servicing Shop, Bolt Tensioning Services, Pressure and Load Testing Support Services, Electrical Rotary Machinery Repair Services, Logistics Support Services and MHE Services facility, to name a few.
- Fully familiar with various ISO, API, ASME , other relevant International Standards and Engineering Standards with diligence implementation.
- Shall be computer knowledgeable.
- Conversant in reading, writing and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
