The RoleThe RoleOur client provides sales, marketing and professional services focusing on ERP service to the healthcare sector. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Consultant. Role involves being responsible for managing the client’s internal and external ERP software and consulting capabilities. To be the lead subject matter expert on Finance ERP solutions to our clients and their technical teams, augmented by technical experts at our partner companies. Manage and implement growth strategy for our Finance ERP operations and our clients. Examples include designing new Software-as-a-Service offerings for the region, packaged and syndicated Finance ERP consulting engagements, and assisting clients with planning. To lead efficient and effective implementation of diverse company projects, while applying best business practices. |
RequirementsRequirementsAssist in ensuring the success of client’s strategic Finance ERP initiatives throughout the project’s lifecycle. Own all issues related to technical project initiatives, staffing, project/scope management, resolve conflicts when needed, manage internal and external technical experts; and build trust in success of technology. Motivate team members to excel within a demanding and dynamic business environment. Conduct and coordinate financial, product, and related research to support planning within various departments. Provide recommendations and proposals to support the expansion plans of the projects and project operations, where applicable. Delegate assignments and provide counseling and guidance to help subordinates enhance work performance. Oversee the architecture and design of Lawson Finance deployments, in conjunction with subordinates, consultants, and Lawson partners. Recruit, train, motivate and develop reporting staff to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Lawson Finance implementations, experience in a healthcare environment, 5-10 years Direct client management experience, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations, strict adherence to task completion deadlines, solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology, excellent hands on IT skills and knowledge, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision and ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. |
