Senior Finance Manager (Saudi National)

The Company
My client, a hugely successful business with operations all over the world, is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to fill a newly created role in Riyadh.

The Senior Finance Manager position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the Saudi Arabian business, and includes the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Duties will include the following:
- Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems & Function.
- Supervise the Credit Control.
- Develop and manage accounting staff.
- Oversee the staff company accounts.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for federal and state accounts, for board of directors; oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements.
- Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
- Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues.
- Participate in calls with Lenders, Banks and suppliers and follow receivables.
- Coordinate proper filing of tax returns.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits.

Requirements

- MUST BE Saudi National
- MUST have a strong exposure on the Saudi market and have excellent working skills within the distribution and trading
- Hold a Master Degree in Finance (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA are a plus)
- 8-12 years experience in Finance

Salary
SAR 45000 - 50000 + Benefits
