Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an ambitious services solutions company who deal with tourist attractions and hospitality chains both in the Middle East and globally. Our client has seen exceptional growth since they were established 8 years ago. They are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager with retail experience to oversee finance and work with the VP of Finance to develop the business.
You will manage the full finance function for the region, preparing the monthly management accounts, all forecasting and budgeting and any required analysis. You will ensure that financial reporting is produced accurately within the agreed timescale and ensure that policies and internal control procedures are followed. As a senior member of the finance team you will lead the annual budget process for the region and monitor cash flow. You will also produce ad hoc reporting and oversee the treasury function.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree from a Western university and ideally be a qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). You should be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has come from a highly professional background. Additionally, you should have the ability to lead and develop a large team and have extensive understanding within the management accounting process. It is essential you have experience working within the retail industry.
