Our client is a newly established company for a High Net Individual involved in the development and sale of real estate projects in KSA including leasing, facility management, investment portfolio management, development management and project management. The firm has a strong land and property portfolio valued in excess of USD1B comprising hotels, commercial towers and large scale land development projects. The firm now seek to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to manage the operational accounting for the firm including receivables, cash management, financial statements, management reporting, audit management and bank liaison.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and managing a team of 4 direct reports; this role is responsible to:

Supervise all day to day financial and accounting department functions
Follow up on receivables
Cash management and investment of surplus funds
Prepare periodic and annual financial statements of the company, subsidiaries and overseas SPVs
Generate management information report, as, and when, required
Liaison with external auditors for annual statutory audit and submission of Zakat return
Main contact for all banking relationships with local and foreign banks, brokerage houses and company registrars
Debt facilities documents processing
Fulfilling KYC and compliance requirements
Supervise personal accounts and investment portfolios of shareholders
Establish and maintain financial control policies
Focus on cost reduction and increasing efficiency

Requirements

The attributes we seek include:

Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Business or comparable with CA/CPA or CIMA qualification being highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years experience managing a finance division of large family owned businesses or holding company.
Experience within the construction or property sector highly regarded.
Exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail.
English language skills are essential with Arabic proficiency being highly regarded.
Experience in the MENA region is desirable.
