Senior Financial Analyst

The Company
Based in Saudi our client is a leading business group who provide services in Projects Development, Application Management and Acquisition. Our client is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for their Saudi office.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Engaging banks on new financing including preparation and generation of necessary supporting documents.
Following up with lending banks on transactions and transfer.
Preparation of in-house financial summaries and reports for discussion.
Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Liaison with Finance team for all bank related transactions.
Analysis of new investments, including but not limited to due diligence, financial modeling, valuation reports and structuring recommendations that will be incorporated in an investment proposal.
Coordinating with legal advisors on legal issues and review related to executing approved transactions.
Management of existing investments and generation of internal analysis and reports based in financial reports.
Preparation of investments report required for management committee, Executive committee and Family Council.
Analysis of local and regional public equities markets and listed equities as required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelors degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting required, Masters degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
CPA, ACCA or CFA preferred.
Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
Skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Saudi Nationals.
