Job description / Role
Our client is a young and exciting Accounting Services business based in Dubai.
They are looking for a professional and dynamic Financial Analyst to expand their team here in the region.
The Role
Job responsibilities include but are not limited too:
Tracking financial status by monitoring variances from plan.
Determining financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
Improving financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
Reconciling transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Increasing productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplication; coordinating information requirements.
Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Requirements
5-10 years’ experience;
Strong project finance or project development experience: used to perform DDs, reading contracts, agreements and project documentation;
Proficient in financial modeling;
Has been involved in negotiations;
Hard working, resilient, dynamic, good team player;
Has some knowledge about Renewable industry.
