Job Purpose:
Most senior staff in the FP&A department for the MENAI region. Hands-on ownership of all matters relating to financial analysis and planning
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide variety of financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and planning activities, e.g. weekly reporting, monthly reporting & analysis, quarterly forecasting & annual budgeting
- Preparing information requests and subsequently compiling, organizing and analyzing data received
- Reviewing & identifying efficiency gaps in business systems (i.e. optimal use of IT tools)
- Assisting with ad-hoc supplemental, financial analysis and presentation materials
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 5-7 years of financial analysis/financial modeling experience required
- Exposure to construction and engineering industry is required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and basic MS Access skills required
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase,
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be a team player who can also work independently
- Ability to handle concurrent priorities in a fast paced environment
- Highly analytical
- Focused professional and taking accountability accountable for assigned responsibilities
- Detail oriented
