Senior Financial Analyst

Job description / Role

The Main Purpose of the role:

Abide to groups reporting policies
Deal with all issues related to reporting
Send reports to local Management and Corporate

The main areas of responsibility:

Review information on SAP system such as sales purchases, sales reports and production reports
Report whether the company is in profit or loss on each product
Analyze profit and loss line by line
Review performance figures of each product compared to past figures
Analyze the data, monitoring the cost of each item purchased, the running cost of producing each item against the profit
Ensure adherence to corporate reporting guidelines
Ensure that all Regional Units comply to Corporate policies and procedures

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills needed:

Background of accounting
Understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, accruals and pre-paids
Strong analytical skills
Experience in SAP or other ERP System
Ability to overview accounts and see that there is a problem
Ability to report to management
Ability to prioritize and organize
Management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
