Senior Fitness Instructor

Job description / Role

A bespoke lifestyle experience is set to debut in the Downtown Dubai described as The Centre of Now with The Burj Club, a dedicated fitness and relaxation destination for the health-conscious resident who values privacy, exclusivity and world-class service.

The position is primarily responsible for supervision of the health club and Fitness services and facilities in a professional manner and assisting to achieving guest satisfaction.

•To supervise the clubs team in such a way as to ensure that the club is used to maximum effect and in the best interest of associates, members and its partner organizations.
•Assist the Fitness Manager to develop opportunities for sports coaching and volunteering opportunities.
•To support links with sports institutions, agencies and sports clubs within the community.
•Maintain and ensure a high quality service to members of the club in meeting their lifestyle needs and interests.
•Support and maintain internal / external accreditation opportunities.
•Assist with the organization of sports competitions for members and associates enhancing the experience of services and the reputation of the club.
•Maintain an up to date knowledge of sports and leisure initiatives, and make suggestions for improvement to the Fitness Manager.
•Work in conjunction with key people throughout the company, its partner institutions and external agencies to promote our clubs, and support the achievement of a high quality lifestyle provision.

A minimum of two years experience as fitness instructor.
