Job description / Role
Our client is an multinational organisation seeking to strengthen their UAE operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the HSE & Compliance activities related to food safety and soft FM services maintaining the high quality of services, facilities and products.
- Maintaining and developing an environmental, health & safety and quality frameworks to meet statutory and company legislation and requirements.
- Liaising with Municipality and government bodies for required certifications and approvals.
- Implementation of HSE policies, procedures, processes and systems.
- Working with food suppliers, the Purchasing Department & Supply Chain department to ensure the quality of products are to the standards required.
- Risk management.
- Carrying out audits and managing external audits.
- Training employees in HSE.
- Investigate and report on accidents, near misses, fatalities and work related injuries.
- Management of HSE Officers.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Must have food safety HSE&Q from a 5 or 7 star hotel.
- HSE&Q in contract catering, industrial catering and hospitality.
- PC literate.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in English
- UAE driving license
- Physically fit
- Aged between 35 40 years
Education:
- Bachelors Degree
- HACCP certification ESSENTIAL
- NEBOSH certification - ESSENTIAL
- Certification in Food Hygiene
- Certification in Environmental Health & Safety
