Job description / Role
Lead team members to deliver group objectives
Oversee the development of and provide expert guidance on the provision of GIS, EAMS and KPI information and reporting services and ensure they meet the needs of DO&M as an internal customer
Drive compliance and accuracy reports from all DO&M asset management and information systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure DO&M asset information is accurate, up-to-date and available to DO&M in appropriate and useable formats
Guide meaningful complex spatial and data analysis to inform DO&M asset strategies, plans and schedules
Engage with stakeholders to capture asset information requirements which will allow continual development of the data and information
Communicate and explain asset information developments and manage user expectations and compliance with processes
Build effective working relationships with relevant Corporate departments to ensure asset information and reporting plans/activities are aligned
Research and keep up to date with current and future GIS, EAMS and AM KPI needs and provide recommendations for improvements, share knowledge with colleagues and train team members
Hold regular team meetings to engage staff with changes taking place and ensure relevant business performance information and expectations are shared
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Procedures and all company policies, procedures and regulations
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, with at least 13 years of experience of relevant position and in depth knowledge of GIS, Enterprise Asset Management data, systems and processes.
Arabic is a plus but not essential.
Must have experience in Drainage Operation and Maintenance.
