Job description / Role
Our client is a globally renowned management consultancy that focuses on Human Capital Consultancy.
Our client currently seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to work in their growing Saudi practice, to be located in Riyadh. The role would be to advise clients at a senior level, to assess businesses and through the best practice tools available within the organisation design incentive plans that will motivate employee's. This role will focus on delivery, and will be one that typically leads assignments.
Requirements
Applicants must have the following:
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
- Strong background in HMC and specifically Rewards, ideally from a consulting background.
- Must have 7-10 years work experience in this field.
