GRM Futures Group seeks to employ Senior HR Business Partner to take the lead in providing a broad range of strategic HR services to proactively translate the region’s business needs into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the development of strategic talent and workforce plans, advice on organization development needs and proactively addressing all human capital concerns. In particular, you will be expected to:
• Act as a point of contact in the business unit to effectively manage their resources and people strategies to meet business needs;
• Build a strong relationship with the business by providing HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues;
• Play a key role in implementing change, culture and engagement initiatives;
• Ensure the delivery of fundamental services requiring high quality HR operational support and timeliness during the bid process and entire project lifecycle;
• Manage a team, set goals, KPIs and conduct performance review, coach, counsel and develop team members;
• Work in collaboration with Centres of Expertise and provide appropriate feedback as necessary;
• Translate regional business strategy into human resources plans for key human resources functions and direct the roll out and implementation of the HR Programs and initiatives around talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning & organizational development, employee relations, performance management, HR Communications, HRIS, etc.
• Ensure implementation of process improvements by reviewing HR transaction flows to help keep a high global standard within HR;
• Drive workforce planning, organization structure for the business and propose changes as the need arises;
• Help build capability across the Group by driving talent acquisition efforts to identify, recruit, develop, integrate/on-board, and retain key talent;
• Drive the entire performance management process for all employees;
• Ensure effective implementation of development plans for key employees and high potential employees;
• Recommend, discuss and initiate corrective measures after analysing report on investigations of breach of code of conduct, if any;
• Evaluating the organization health by analysing trends in attrition and turnover by thoroughly examining the feedback on employee exit interviews, employee experience and recommend systemic improvements;
• Regularly track, manage, and communicate overall results of HR programs and status to the business;
• Perform other job related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum education and experience required
• Relevant HR or business related qualification
• 8 -10 years’ experience in HR
• Proven track record of HR delivery as a credible HR Business Partner working with senior managers
