Senior HR Business Partner

90,000 - 110,000 Pounds p/annum

Our client is a market-leading international business that is rapidly growing across the Middle East. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to look after a sizeable client group in the Western Province of Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Regional Director of HR, your responsibilities will typically cover a broad spectrum of HR activities and include pro-actively advising, coaching and influencing senior stake-holders on policy, talent-management and people strategies. Acting as a true Business Partner you will be responsible for driving strategic HR projects, delivering complex business strategies and owning multiple initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong HR professional to gain international experience in an emergent market.

Requirements

Successful candidates must be degree-educated and have previously worked in a Business Partnering capacity. You will be able to demonstrate working on both an operational and strategic level and will have lead HR projects in areas such as employee engagement, talent management and succession planning. Ideally, you will have worked in the oil and gas or a similar industry, although this is not a prerequisite.

Successful candidates can be located anywhere in the world and will be offered relocation assistance.
