Job description / Role
Our international client has one of the most reputed names in their industry. Due to ongoing expansion they are looking to hire a professional and experienced Arabic speaking Senior HR Business Partner/Advisor for their Doha office.
This role will work alongside and report directly to the Head of HR. You will work with a dedicated and solid HR team providing HR generalist support to business units. You will contribute to HR activities including resourcing, organisational development, change management and employee relations including performance improvement and measurements, learning and development and also compensation and benefits / reward.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and be a fluent Arabic speaker. You should have strong communication skills; the ability to adapt within any environment as well as excellent commercial awareness, planning and organisational skills and experience in project management. You should also have a solid understanding of all HR functional specialisms coupled with the ability to build solid relationships across all levels within the business and develop and lead as a Manager.
It is essential you have proven HR management experience and are able to think strategically. In addition you should have experience delivering core HR processes, excellent ability in meeting auditing standards and experience in diagnosing, addressing and communicating business change. Experience in the financial services / banking sector would be advantageous.
