Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a world-renowned consultancy. Our client is looking to hire a highly driven and professional Senior HR Consultant / Recruitment Lead who will manage the RPO model.
You will be responsible for reviewing, recommending and implementing new policies and procedures. You will act as the lead for all recruitment via the RPO whilst managing change and working with both external and internal stakeholders. Your accountabilities will include the redesign of the HR processes and policy change, supplier contract management and acting as the main point of contact for the RPO and resourcing. Additionally, you will be responsible for management reporting at CEO level.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a highly driven and ambitious individual with project management and consulting knowledge coupled with at least 10 years HR, recruitment or RPO management experience. You should be an effective communicator with a consultative approach and a strong influencer with the ability to work with all stakeholders. You should be able to professionally and efficiently succeed in increasing process efficiency. Experience with IBM Kenexa RPO would be highly advantageous.
