Senior HR Executive

Job description / Role

Our client, a reputable company based in the UAE, is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their growing team in Dubai.

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be managing the whole recruitment process (70% of the role) for company-wide and mid-level positions and the remaining tasks (30%) will be on other HR-related areas.

Requirements

In order to be qualified for the role, ideal candidate must have good experience and clear understanding of the recruitment process in the UAE, must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written and knowledgeable of the UAE Labour Law. You must possess a positive and can-do attitude and can work with minimum supervision. Candidates with fashion retail and luxury hospitality background are highly preferable.
