Job description / Role
Our client, one of the leading online luxury retailers, is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their expanding HR team.
The role will include the following responsibilities,
- Liaise with line managers to understand job requirements and update job descriptions
- Create and post job ads online
- Search for suitable candidates
- Complete all screening processes
- Conduct reference checks
- Prepare employment offer
- Handover appointed candidate details to the HR assistant the start the on boarding process
- Act as point of contact in employee relation matters, manage grievances and identify opportunities to improve on work environment
- Drive mid-year and year end performance appraisal campaigns
- Monitor new employee three months performance reviews and report on areas where HR intervention is required
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, Arabic not essential
- Strong understanding of end to end recruitment processes
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a HR role
- Excellent employee engagement/management skills
