Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Candidate must be living in the UAE

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 5 8 YEARS HR GENERALIST EXPERIENCE GAINED IN THE UAE

Responsibilities:
Recruitment of all levels of employees including labour class
Manage the recruitment process, conduct interviews and present short-lists to department heads
Develop and implement HR policies in line with statutory UAE labour laws and HR best practice
Development and implement an employee handbook
Develop, implement and manage the annual performance review and salary review processes
Support line managers with employee relations and performance management queries and issues
Develop, implement and manage the induction program
Performance, leave and absence management

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
5 8 years UAE HR generalist experience in an organisation of between 300 500 employees
Excellent working knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
3 5 years experience of recruitment in the UAE including labour class
Development of policies and procedures
Ability to handle complex HR issues

Education:
Degree in Human Resources

Candidate Profile:
Must live in the UAE
Aged between 30 40 years
Fluency in business English is essential
