Job description / Role
My client is a large local group looking to hire a Senior HR Manager to head up the FMCG division.
The Role:
As Senior HR Manager for the food division, you will oversee the full function for HR. There are approx 1300 employees that make up this client group, with factories in the UAE, Sri Lanka and Lebanon. This role will be a true business partner to the business and will involve a mix of operational and strategic input.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 -10 years HR Management experience ideally from a FMCG business. Candidates from Multinational companies will be given preference.
My client is looking for candidates who are either Arabic speaking or a Westerner with good experience both internationally and within the GCC.
Salary
AED 35,000 - 45,000
