Job description / Role
Senior level HR professional supporting the Group HR Director to manage HR operational matters for the Group.
- Investigate HR related work practices, suggest, implement and manage change. Good change management skills essential.
- Manage daily HR related operational matters.
- Interact with staff and leaders on all levels to address HR related matters.
- Support HR teams by improving work practices, processes and systems.
- Develop HR talent
Requirements
- HR or relevant degree in line with the requirements of the role.
- At least 5 years experience in the healthcare industry on a senior HR level
- Good all round with experience in all aspects of HR including recruitment, compensation & benefits, organisational design.
- Must be confident and professional to deal and relate with multiple senior level management team members of the group
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be well regarded
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be organized and understand processes and procedures
- Must have very good interpersonal skills and good negotiation skills
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to work within a multicultural team
- High level of emotional intelligence
