Job description / Role
Senior HR Manager - Abu Dhabi
The ideal candidate profile is:
* 10 years plus HR generalist / HR business partnering experience;
* 3 years minimum HR management experience;
* HR professionally qualified i.e CIPD;
* Experience of all aspects of HR - employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, performance management, talent managment, reward and recognition, employee engagement, HR shared services and systems implementation;
* Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders;
* Experience of working in a large diverse, multi-cultural organisation;
* Open to working in Abu Dhabi as a location.
