Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international company that has links to highly renowned global identities in the industry. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior HR Professional who is available for an immediate start to join their growing team.
You will drive and deliver the HR recruitment and operations vision throughout the business. The main focus of this role will be operational and will include a high level of recruitment. You will facilitate the performance management process, learning and development initiatives, reporting and employee relations. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a recruitment team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience of managing a small team as well as be a team player with a professional and mature approach. It is essential you possess the aptitude to lead from the front and deliver effective results that meet business needs. This is a hands-on role therefore you should be able to manage your teams and your own workload with little supervision from Senior HR Management. Excellent communication skills alongside oil and gas industry experience are crucial for this role. Candidates based in Doha with a transferable visa or on family sponsorship will be given preference.
