Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- End to end recruitment.
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement recruitment plan and active utilization of tools for internal recruitment.
- Work closely with line mangers to monitor manpower deployment plan.
- Map available resources with current and future requirements.
- Understand the local legislative and statutory requirement for resourcing.
- Implement & improve on existing internal processes if required.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions & create pipeline of suitable candidates for current & upcoming needs.
- Identify and maintain professional working relations employment agencies & outsourcing agencies as preferred suppliers based on service, reliability and cost.
- Develop good working relationships with Preferred Suppliers: including identification of new suppliers (if necessary), management of existing supplier relationships, agreeing Terms and Conditions, ensuring suppliers are knowledgeable and have sufficient information to add value.
- Utilizing direct advertising options (job boards, trade press, social media) if required.
- Support bid requirements with suitable candidates/CVs.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Support the organizations ability to acquire, develop & retain the best talent and skills to support our projects.
- Determine present and future manpower requirements of the organization in coordination with Project Managers & Operations Department.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from concept to completion i.e. full resourcing process from identification, through to offer acceptance, confirming the start date and mobilizing to work site, using all available tools and resources.
- Should endeavor to reduce recruitment costs, support Operations and Business Leaders and improve the efficiency of the resourcing process.
- Post mobilization activities of fresh / new hire; Coordinate with relevant department to prepare system, work station, stationary; Follow up from concern within the HR dept for issuance of EID, CNIA, health Insurance cards etc
- Responsible for Internal / External Trainings.
- Pre-mobilization HRMS updation.
- Any other duty assign by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: MBA - HR
- Other certifications obtained: Certificate in UAE Labour Law
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years in the same / higher position
- Specialist knowledge: HRMS, MS Office, Publisher
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Should be Team Player
- Good Negotiator
- Age Range: 28-33
