Senior HR Officer

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a renowned facilities management service company based in Qatar. Our client is a fast paced and growing organisation who is looking to hire a Senior HR Officer to join their busy Human Resource Department immediately.

This is a busy and challenging role where you will report to and assist the HR Manager will all HR functions and activities. You will support the HR Manager in employee relations, career development, training and payroll. You will also be involved in recruitment and selection as well as social activities and performance management / appraisals.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be an excellent HR generalist with previous experience in a similar environment. You should have strong knowledge of payroll, training, recruitment and performance appraisal. It is essential you are based in Qatar and possess an NOC in case you are transferring between organisations. Solid knowledge of the Qatar labour laws is vital to this role.
