Activities

Implementing the calculation of sales commission and bonus.
Control and audit the calculation process of sales commission and bonus.
Analyse, report all statistics needed regarding: Commission, Bonus and performance Management

Main job responsibilities

to build and update the commission calculation models and bonus envelop.
to be part of the automation project team.
to verify and ensure the accuracy of the sales commission calculation and payment list (on monthly, quarterly and semester bases).
to handle the entire bonus process, under the supervision of the direct manager.
to update and develop the sales commission policies schemes and bonus
to monitor and follow up the implementation of employee performance management process, in order to ensure the adherence of the process in timely and effective manner
to prepare the required reports, analysis, dash boards, statistics and present it to the concern management
to research and analyze the results of benchmarking for employee performance management, bonus and sales commission

Main job requirements

Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably with telecom background.
good experience in reports, statistics, building the calculation model and systems
excellent command of Microsoft office, specially Excel and PowerPoint
high level of communication skills
fluent in English (writing, talking and listening)
proactive
good analytical skills
good presentation skills
customer oriented
