Job description / Role
My client is a leading regional bank looking for a Senior HR professional to join them on a 6 month contract.
The Role
The objective of the 6 month contract is to analyse HR MI data and put forward HR recommendations to the committee. You will work closely with various HR teams and will be heavily involved in reviewing policy and procedure.
Requirements
As this role is highly analytical, we are looking for a candidate who has a solid HR background but also is very good with MI data ideally.
Previous banking experience would be highly desirable.
You must be based in the UAE and willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
Western expats or GCC nationals would be preferred for this role.
