Senior HR/Recruitment Business Lead - Qatar
The main purpose of this role is to manage the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model on behalf of the client. The role holder will also be responsible for implementation and recommendation of new policies and procedures, effectively managing change, in order to increase process efficiency.
The HR/Recruitment Lead will manage complex stakeholder groups and will act as the lead for all Recruitment via the RPO.
- Supplier contract management
- Management of complex stakeholder groups
- Re-design of HR process maps and input into policy change
- Direct line management responsibility for a medium sized team
- Act as main point of contact for RPO and resourcing
- Ensure process and policy is adhered to
- Recommend new ways of working, with the aim of reducing time to hire
- Management Reporting at CEO level
Requirements
Essential qualifications:
- Degree qualified
- At least 10 years HR, Recruitment or RPO management experience
- Project management/consulting experience
- Healthcare experience an advantage
- Middle East Experience an advantage
