Job description / Role
A multi discipline consulting and engineering firm with offices across the GCC are looking for a Senior HSE Engineer for their office in the UAE.
The successful candidate must be very experienced in all forms of HSE Engineering and Process Safety as well as having the relevant educational qualifications.
The successful candidate must also have experience in the following:
- formal safety assessment studies by specialist safety engineering consultants.
- review of HSE and loss prevention engineering design documents from FEED/EPC contractors and consultants.
- coordinating with IVB and TPA on design verification and participate in project task force meetings.
- interaction with FEED/EPC contractors to ensure timely deliverables and compliance to codes and standards and HSE philosophy requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate in either Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must have 12-15 years experience as a HSE Engineer - Process Safety.
- Must have good knowledge with risk management techniques such as HAZID, HAZOP, QRA's, SIL and overall HSE Design and Engineering
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
