Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Support Electrical Maintenance Team in day-to-day activities as required
- Efficient and effective implementation of PM, CM, Emergency shutdown activities
- Cross-coordination among Orpic Maintenance, Warehouse and Contractor
- Should possess excellent troubleshooting skills
- Supports and initiates PM programs and schedules for each of the Air conditioning systems and equipment
- Monitor and control any air conditioning breakdown and provide immediate technical solution as per the urgency of the requirements
- Establishes and uses techniques to monitor the work of HVAC contractor, monitor the results of delegated assignments
- Monitors and records performance of HVAC equipment & systems by helping of regular log sheets. Maintains equipment in efficient operating condition.
- Ensures corrective action on breakdown, faults and complaints
- Ensures implementation and execution of proper preventive maintenance schedules and programs
- Maintains complete and up to date data of inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance. Maintains drawings and update incomplete ones.
- Maintains equipment in safe operating conditions and ensures periodic safety and fire prevention inspections in accordance

Requirements

- Diploma in HVAC
- 10 years of hands-on experience in the operations and maintenance of central air conditioning systems, and other miscellaneous refrigeration systems.
- Prior experience in the maintenance of Carrier HVAC System
- Good knowledge and understanding of central air conditioning systems, chillers plants, facilities and other miscellaneous mechanical, electrical and control systems
- Able to make detailed technical reports accordingly on any maintenance requirements.
- Full implementation of Health and Safety procedures.
