Job description / Role
AY Consultants is currently recruiting a Senior Healthcare Architect for an Architectural practice with an extensive experience and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.
Design and document all phases of the project (planning, design, construction documents,)
Coordinate architectural design documents with other disciplines to ensure the integration of medical equipment and engineering requirements
Plan and program the development of large, complex medical facilities
Liaise with clients, work closely with senior hospital management and lead user group meetings
Ensure the delivery of projects on schedule and within budget
Requirements
Very good understanding of all phases of the design process
Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
10 years minimum experience
5 years Healthcare projects experiences with direct relevant Healthcare Planning and Design experience
Customer oriented
Ability to hand drawing and do sketching
AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge or Revit would be a bonus
