Reporting into the Regional CEO, you will have a generalist function and be responsible for a small Human Resources Team. You will require a full HR skill set and been able to show clear examples of an Employee Relations, Talent Development, Performance Management and Compensation and Benefits background. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have a minimum of 7 years regional experience. The company have a proven history within the Middle East and are interested in individuals that are seeking a demanding yet challenging career. You will be keen to work in a Team Environment, and have a desire to develop both your skill set and grow a HR Team under your leadership. |
