KEO International Consultants is a world ranked and leading Architectural, Engineering, and Project and Construction Management Firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
As a result of our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Officer to join our HR team based in Qatar. This role will provide reliable general HR services and administrative functions within the parameters of KEO’s HR policies, procedures and guidelines, and Qatar Labor Law.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Demonstrated understanding of the draft employment contracts and amendments to contracts.

• Ensuring administration and completion of procedures including new employee mobilization, and coordination of demobilization.

• Ensure HR information and use of HR systems, filing systems and databases are maintained consistently in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Demonstrated experience in resolving queries regarding policies, benefits, pay slips, annual and sick leave

• Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR practices

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective and positive interactions with employees at all levels

Requirements

Qualification: Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in a HR administrative role.

Membership of a recognised HR professional association such as CIPD or equivalent will be is preferred.

Previous experience within the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
