The RoleThe RoleExtensive knowledge of EDI $$ Attractive TAX FREE salary Based in Saudi Arabia Our client a major player in the 3PL, warehousing and transport sector is currently looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager responsible for customer development support and implementation of logistics services using order management solutions. Reporting to the Regional IT Director, your primary focus will be to manage design, development and implementation of specific customer system solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead on customer systems integration for Middle East – USA regional projects. • Lead on customer interface requirements / definition process design between customer and other external systems within the supply chain. • Produce detailed customer and internal project plans with schedules for all regional activities, agreeing on achievable timeframes with global management. • Interact with customers / 3rd parties on all data mapping requirements throughout entire process. • Set-up and produce education / presentational material in line with product verticals and regional requirements. • Ensure the finished product is an appropriate business solution and complies with customer requirements. • Give effective user training for internal and external users at all user and management levels. • Assist in the development of procedures and practices to be embedded in the “customer’s organization” in order to facilitate the new relationship with the company. |
RequirementsRequirementsKey requirements: • Extensive knowledge of the Logistics business • Extensive knowledge of EDI processes and standards including ANSI and EDIFACT, XML • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Information Systems or other relevant field. • 5+ years relevant IT project management experience • Project Leadership Skills • Process Mapping • Problem Solving • Effective communication skills with all levels within the company • Multi Lingual - beneficial but not essential. Remuneration expectations: Salary package commensurate with candidate’s experience. |
