Job description / Role
- Generally assist ARE in applied category.
- Aware of requirements specified in the Contract Documents and following applicable duties pertained to applied category.
- Check site conditions for suitability prior to O&M construction.
- Observe, check and record work execution is in accordance with approved methods.
- Check setting-out and levels wherever applicable.
- Check services locations and ensure their protection.
- Monitor and record inspections, tests, work executed etc.
- Check materials delivered are as approved and properly stored.
- Observe site safety procedures.
- Measure work done when required.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree (B. Sc. Agriculture) with 4 year experience or
- Diploma in Agricultural Engineering (3 Years) with 6 year experience.
- Engineering Degree/Diploma should be authenticated by ministry of higher education and scientific research, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- At least 3 years of direct and related experience at applied category.
- At least 2 years experience in managing processes, engineering contracts contractual matters, value engineering, systems, procedure, and policies.
- Relevant IT skills / Computer literate.
- Good command of English (Communication and writing skills).
