Senior Interior Designer (Client Side) - Dubai, UAE
Our client is a Middle East leader in the field of education. They build, operate & maintain various educational facilities across the Middle East, with an exciting development plan over the next five years; they plan on doubling their workforce in the UAE.
With around 15 years post graduation of a Degree in Interior Design/Architecture, this Designer will have exposure to concept and documentation across large scale international projects.
Ideally this person will have worked on large scale malls, hotels, institutional & education projects.
The ability to show excellent quality of free hand sketches, technical expertise on AutoCAD, team management and overall project management skills are required.
Excellent communication skills are required for client, consultant and internal team management.
Requirements
- BSc (preferred)
- Worked for a large consultancy/contractor
- Minimum of 10 years experience
- Must be in the GCC or have experience of UAE projects
- Education or hospitality projects are essential
- Available within 1 month
- Experience of managing junior staff
TAX FREE lump sum monthly salary package - Up to AED 18-23,000 per month + medical + bonus
