Senior Internal Audit Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a leading international coaching and pedagogy solutions provider is looking for a Senior Internal Audit Manager to join their dynamic team based in Dubai.

Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the design and operation of systems, procedures and internal controls.
- You will provide assurance that risk exposures are well managed, control framework and corporate governance process are in place, effective, and efficient and that improvement is sustained and supported
- You will assist the Internal Audit Director in the development of audit strategies and plans
- You will manage a team of auditors
- You will be overseeing the delivery of audits by third parties
- You will maintain up-to-date status on all reported audit observations

Requirements

- Must be CA/CPA qualified.
- 8-10 years experience with at least 5 having been at a managerial level.
- Big 4 experience.
- Good analytic and investigative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
