Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Internal Sales Manager to manage the KSA, Kuwait, Iraq and other assigned GCC region

- To manage a small Team and manage in achieving the overall agreed target.
- Initiate and involve in identifying new business opportunities from KSA and other GCC counties as assigned.
- Conversion of sales from new business accounts
- Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers.
- To call and set up appointments/ meetings with training/ emiratisation/ HR decision makers to churn sales.
- Manage sales inquiries and marketing initiatives within the team
- Monitor client enquiries and ensure they are responded to within the agreed time frame.
- Closely liaise with Marketing, PT and Operations Team.
- Following up on business proposals till it is considered won, lost or suspended.
- Cross Train members of the Team.
- Help and develop the CR team to be able to manage their leads and become account managers.
- Actively participate in the exhibitions and summits.
- Manage any other tasks assigned by the CEO from time to time.

- Preferred candidate must have experience in the training industry with good or established contacts in Government, Semi Government, Oil and Gas, Banks, Construction Companies etc. in the said region
- Relevant experience in the training industry is mandatory

- Preference: Bilingual - Fluency in Arabic and English - Both Written and Spoken.

Gross Package / Month 15000 aed. To Gross Package / Month 17000 aed
