Job description / Role
A senior Java developer is a high-level computer programmer. A person in this job analyzes, designs and builds Java-based applications for Internet environments. The process of building Java-based applications includes creating application layers, modeling techniques, designing object-oriented components and coding algorithms. Senior Java developers may work on existing applications or create new ones. Although this is a supervisory position, some Java developers may still perform hands-on coding.

• Qualification (Education):Bachelor Degree.
• Years of Experience:3 years.
• Skills:
- Java software Architecture, Design and Development (JSP & Servlets, EJB, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, Web Services, Java Mail API, Java Sockets, Swing, Multithreading, Design patterns)
- Strong OOP / OOD / AOP skills
- Data Base design
- Web and Application Security
- PL/SQL Development
- PHP / ASP scripting
- Open source libraries (Struts, Log4J, POI and Jakarta Commons)
- TCP/IP, HTTP(S), FTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP protocols
- Web / Application Servers (Apache, Tomcat, IIS / Web Logic, JBOSS)
- Database Servers (Oracle, MSSQL, My SQL)
- Experience across full project lifecycle in traditional and agile projects, including project management and development; team leadership.
